    Oh my gosh, I read this with a huge grin on my face! Way To Go!! It’s really like a snowball effect, right? You start doing a few small things. They make you feel good, have more energy, whatever and you want to add a little more and then something else … This is great. Obviously, thank you for the huge shout out. You know I appreciate it. I’m just so darn happy for your progress! Now keep going!!

      Thank you! And I’m happy too, I’ve been “dieting” and “trying to lose weight” for 7 years and I feel like I’m finally on the right track!!
